"Take It" was the first piece I created in my new kintsugi- style technique. It is about what it takes to continually be in the process of reforming yourself, whether it’s putting the pieces back together after tragedy, or the “self improvement” movement— it seems we’re meant to be changing, shifting, and putting ourselves back together all the time.

What does it mean to be broken? What does it mean to “heal”? How do we keep putting the pieces of the puzzle back together?
